Terrible stores in southern Florida. Nasty people working there including nasty managers. The word customer service does not exist. Some stores wonâ€™t give rain checks for advertised items that they donâ€™t have. Many stores will not accept rain checks if you have them

We shop at CVS every week but lately the shelves have been empty in most locations however if we drive to other locations that is not the case. There are other locations, if you choose to drive a considerable distance, the shelves are not empty at all.

Hi. I think your stores are excellent, well-stocked with fine choices and variety. The fact you send us coupons is wonderful. Your bigger CVS stores are a lot of fun to shop in. I got a 25% off coupon last week that I used towards a large purchase in your photo dept (wrapped canvas photos). I am looking forward to picking them up tomorrow. I always find a very nice and "unusual" book in your book section. I just bought two ESPN books for our grandson. I have even found Bibles in CVS, which thrills me more than you can know. I love to shop CVS. they send me coupons for items I buy anyway. This week I received coupons for $2 off CVS body wash and 20% off all regular priced items. I needed dog treats, and combined milk bone treats coupon for $1 with the 20% off coupon, body wash was 37c total was $2.36. Service is always great at my CVS. And if they are out of stock on a sale item that comes with ECB, they Always give rainchecks with the EBC included. Walgreens does NOT.

I use CVS brand products for my two year grandson. The CVS Overnight diapers work excellent and keep him dry through the night. They are more cost efficient and are often on a special deal. The baby care products work just as well, too. CVS products are quality items that work very well for my family.

I am always greeted with a smile and a hello when I walk in my local CVS, Someone is aleays there to help me a I am disabled and walk with 2 canes. Even the manager almost always lends a smile. I just wish there was a wheelchair with a shopping basket attached so that I could stay longer in the store. If there was my husband could push me around. Also my CVS is very good with rain checks or when sale items are out of stock. Sometimes they will substitute another product as they know it is hard for me to get to town.

I love the CVS on route 446 in The villages. The supervisor in charge, "Avie" was very kind to me when I had a problem. He took me around the store to help me find all of my items. I am disabled and this means alot to me. He is an asset to the store and is very customer focused. He represents the company very well. I recommend this store to everyone nearby. The store associates are superior to those of the competitor.
