I never received my free B-Day Pretezl. When I asked about it, the manager was extremely rude and refused to give me my pretzel. I always buy Pretzel in your store, So what is the problem? Never have this issue with Starbucks.

Love, love, love Auntie Anneâ€™s pretzels. We have been eating them for a few years, a couple of times a week. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating and better yet, the pretzels ðŸ¥¨ ARE AWESOME ðŸ‘
