A plastic card may be purchased online and used at any Cracker Barrel location. A digital gift card is sent electronically to an email address that the sender requests when placing an order but works the same as our plastic version.
Yes, our Gift Cards can be used on crackerbarrel.com, in the Cracker Barrel app, or in our restaurants and gift shops. Gift Cards cannot be used for orders placed on shop.crackerbarrel.com.
You can check the balance of your physical or electronic gift card anytime online by clicking here. Physical gift card balances can also be checked by calling the number on the back of your card or asking a cashier or server to check your balance for you when visiting Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® locations.

The following terms and conditions apply to any Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® Gift Card (digital and plastic):
Protect this card like cash. No fees. No expiration date. This card is offered by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. ("Cracker Barrel), and may be applied toward the purchase of goods or services at any Cracker Barrel Old Country Store location and on the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® app. Card not valid until purchased and activated. Gift cards may be redeemed online at crackerbarrel.com for "to-go" and catering purchases. Not usable online at shop.crackerbarrel.com for the purchase of retail merchandise or to purchase gift cards. Except where required by law, this card cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred for value and will not be redeemable for cash or credit, nor replaced if lost or stolen. Any possession or removal of this card outside the retail location where such card is offered prior to proper activation (without authorization from Cracker Barrel) constitutes possession of an unauthorized access device which violates applicable law, is against the terms and conditions
of this card, and may result in Cracker Barrel (i) voiding or cancelling the card, (ii) invalidating all transactions and (iii) retaining all funds associated with the card.
