Stopped in to Schlotzsky's here in Paris, TX on 7/16/17. Was very friendly when we walked in and super helpful when we were ordering. I ordered the pick two, half soup and sandwhich, got potato soup and the french dip. Dad got tuscan sandwhich. When food came out I didnt get my au jus sauce for the sandwhich and when we asked for it the lady had no clue what it even was and then they proceeded to say it would cost an additional 4.79. Thought it was weird because that comes with the sandwhich. Ruined experience here though and ended up only eating a cup of soup as my meal. Will not visit this location again.

My Son who is 8yrs old wanted Pizza. Was sold on everything else (Incredible Pizza, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa Johns) But, pusuaded him to try Sclotzskys. The person at the register (Julian) was sensational. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to have had him help us. It definitely won my son Joaquin over. And, that was the most important start to an Amazing Pizza.
